Booking a Group

When booking as a group you will have a dedicated group coordinator to assist you with your reservations. To avoid disappointment for your group and ensure we can accommodate your group size we recommend that you contact us at least 6-8 weeks in advance.

How do I book in a group spa experience?

Kindly fill out and submit the group request form below. Once we have received your request, we will review to find the best fit for your event. Our group booking coordinator will get back to you with either a confirmation the event can be accommodated or alternative ideas for the best fit.

If confirmed, we will hold time in our schedule and will send a form to the primary group contact, where you will need to provide full group details and requested services, so that our group booking coordinators can organize your time at the spa. 

We will require a valid Credit Card to hold your group’s reservation, all bookings are subject to our group cancellation policy, see FAQ below for details. 

Beginning May 1st 2023, for groups of 4+ individuals, a small  administrative service fee plus applicable tax will be added to the bookings. This is not an automatic gratuity.

Group sizing & Packages

With our current staffing levels, we are able to accommodate groups of up to 4 – 8 guests, dependent on requested services and preferred date. 

We do not offer set group packages, as we find most guests prefer to choose their own treatments.  We encourage you to visit the promotions or packages page of our website for our latest offerings, or browse the full list of services by clicking here.

Cancellation policy

For groups of 4 or more, we kindly ask that you give a minimum 72 hours notice, if you need to cancel your group reservation.  This allows our team enough time to call our waitlist and fill spots with other guests. 

If under 72 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill the time reserved, a 50% charge per affected appointment will be incurred. If a ‘no show’ occurred for the entire group or for certain appointments in the reservation 100% charge will be incurred.  Please see our FAQ page for further details. 

can we bring alcohol or food?

We are happy to recommend amazing bars and restaurants where you can enjoy food and drink, following your time at the spa.  Our premise is not commercially licensed for alcohol consumption, therefore ask that you please do not bring it with you or consume during your visit to the spa.

You are welcome to bring light snacks, dry, unscented food for your group members to enjoy. We just ask that you are mindful of other guests level of relaxation in our common areas, and food is not permitted around the pool.

Group Etiquette/ Arrival times

Please be aware that other guests will be enjoying services within the spa, during the time of your group booking.  We ask that you please be mindful of noise levels and time of occupancy within the relaxation lounges. 

In order to ensure that full treatment times are provided, we require each individual in your group to arrive minimum 10 minutes ahead of their appointment time. A full itinerary will be forwarded to the primary group contact when your booking is complete.
