About us
It started with the restoration of Fernie’s 1908 schoolhouse, a former place of education for many locals, who attended this high school between the dates of 1909 – 1998. A $30 million dollar restoration of this property transformed the grounds into luxury residences, vacation rentals and a commercial space fit for a spa; the once run down building was rejuvenated into a place of retreat and relaxation for locals and visitors, within the beautiful town of Fernie, BC…

We invite you to enjoy a relaxing soak in our outdoor pool. Our outdoor pool is available to guests (age 16+) by reservation only. Access to the pool can be reserved with your appointment (complimentary if you spend $150+ per person), or you can book a soak without a scheduled treatment. Online booking available.

The ladies at the front desk were excellent! So friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional! Tanya was such a lovely, knowledgeable, kind and incredible! She explained everything well, answered my questions, was very professional with the draping and service, and I would highly recommend her to everyone! We look forward to this spa trip every year and this year, as always, we were treated with excellent care and star quality spa treatment – thank you ladies!!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the hot pool is such a nice add on to a service and the facial was amazing. My skin felt like butter after. I was so relaxed and cozy during the treatment.

I’ve seen Dr. Robert Krushel twice now for Botox and he is absolutely phenomenal. Fernie was definitely lacking a qualified injector so I’m extremely happy when I found out 901 Spa brought him onboard. He is very quick, to the point and professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer.
