How can I request a specific service provider?

Please make sure to select the employee’s name under the “with whom?” drop down list before searching for availability.  By completing this step, only the availability will show for the service provider chosen and the appointment will show as a request to our coordinating team. 

Please be aware that it is common practice for our coordinating team to move appointments between service providers, in order to coordinate the best flow of the schedule, unless a request has been noted at the time of booking.
