If you would like to request a specific service provider for your treatment, please read the instructions near the bottom of this page.

Q) How do I request a specific service provider?

Please make sure to select the employee’s name under the “with whom?” drop down list before searching for availability.  By completing this step, only the availability will show for the service provider chosen and the appointment will show as a request to our coordinating team.  If this step is not taken, a list of all availability will be shown and will not show as a request, regardless of the service provider chosen.

Please be aware that it is common practice for our coordinating team to move appointments between service providers, in order to coordinate the best flow of the schedule, unless a request has been noted at the time of booking.
